Wild Mountain Capers in Sea Salt

Imported from Tunisia, these capers are dried in sea-salt and packed in 100 g jars. When reconstituted, the quantity of theses 100g jars is equal to that of 400g of capers packed in brine. As opposed to many commercially produced capers in brine that have little taste other than vinegar and salt, Mahjoub’s capers retain their true unique and distinct flavor.
