One of the most enjoyed styles of cheese throughout the world, Dutch Gouda's are a testament to the long, rich tradition of great cheese making in this small (yet very tenacious) country. The abundance of water, and therefore grass, in the Netherlands makes for some excellent milk and a lot of it! We'll explore the history of this cheese centric nation while tasting through some of it's best offerings. And to do the cheeses justice, we'll be pairing them with a beer.
